Quorum

The quorum is the minimum number of co-owners (by shares) who must be present or represented for the general assembly to validly deliberate. In Belgium, the first-call quorum requires a majority of shares (more than 50%). If the quorum is not reached, a second GA can be called without quorum requirements, provided the agenda is identical (art. 3.87 §5 CC).
