How to dismiss a co-ownership syndic?
The GA can dismiss the syndic at any time by absolute majority.
Dismissal is a fundamental right of the GA.
Procedure: 1. Place dismissal on the agenda 2. Vote by absolute majority (50% + 1) 3. Immediate effect or on set date
Common grounds: management faults, failure to meet obligations, loss of trust, excessive fees.
The dismissed syndic must hand over all documents and funds within 30 days.
A co-owner may also request judicial dismissal before the justice of the peace.
